Melicaa served as the owner's representative for the $2.5 million delivery of Ottawa's first Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic in Vanier, supporting a landmark healthcare initiative that expands access to community-based primary care.
Our team managed funding strategy, budget oversight, design coordination, procurement, construction oversight, and operational readiness. Senior leadership remained engaged throughout delivery, helping bring one of Ontario's fastest Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics from concept to operation.

What does an owner's representative actually do?
We act as an extension of your team, representing your interests throughout the project. We coordinate designers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk, so you have one accountable team leading the process.
Do you manage the whole project, or only parts of it?
Both. We can lead a project from planning through closeout or provide support at any stage, including strategic planning, procurement, design management, construction oversight, stakeholder engagement, or staff augmentation.
How do you keep projects on budget and on schedule?
We use proactive cost and schedule management, real-time reporting, and early risk identification. Every change is reviewed, every decision is documented, and clients receive transparent reporting throughout the project.
