• Reviews and monitors construction schedules, including milestone tracking and look-ahead planning
• Maintains budget oversight through cost tracking, forecasting, and cash-flow planning
• Provides constructability reviews and practical design recommendations in collaboration with the construction and design teams
• Advises the Owner on construction planning, staging, and operational readiness during key transition phases
