Project Overview.

Melicaa provided owner’s representation and project management for Ottawa’s first Nurse Practitioner-Led (NPLC) Clinic, helping deliver a modern, community-based healthcare facility that expands access to primary care in Vanier.

Working closely with the client and project partners, our team coordinated planning, budget oversight, procurement, design, and project delivery while supporting one of Ontario’s fastest Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic implementations.

Clinic Highlights.

• 10 fully equipped exam rooms
• A secure medication room
• 4 dedicated Allied Health professional rooms
• Communal charting hub and administrative space for nurse practitioners

• Aligned landlord and tenant scopes to eliminate execution gaps
• Delivered cash flow projections, financial reporting, and budget oversight
• Navigated complex operational funding reallocations with agility
• Facilitated cross-sector collaboration with engineers, designers, IT specialists, and Ontario Health
